Waukesha — Gov. Scott Walker said Friday he won't telegraph his plans on potential vetoes of the state budget until after the Assembly and Senate have a chance to act. He declined to say how he would act on votes by the Legislature's Joint Finance Committee early Wednesday, which included the creation of a bail bond system in Wisconsin.
